ENGINE OVERHAULS
Cobeserv undertakes overhaul of Caterpillar and other popular engine overhauls – The overhaul can be carried out either by genuine spares or OEM as required by the client. We have been overhauling Cat 3306, 3406, 3408, 3412, C32, 3512, 3516, Cat C4.4, C9, C12.
The overhaul can also be carried out by sending team to site depending on the availability of local resources and support.

• We are in position to install planned maintenance system for the plant and take the overhauls on AMC.
• Similarly we install remote monitoring for these machines for easy monitoring of the equipment by plant in charge.

Any compressor which needs overhaul or repair is inspected visually and tested for trouble shooting purposes whenever possible. After dismantling each and every part is inspected closely. Casings are inspected for leaks, fractures and all other damage and if any is found, it is photographed and reported. Diagnosis of equipment and suggested repair procedures are discussed and accordingly estimate is provided before overhaul is undertaken.
We are also specialized in servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting on Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, VFD, Hydraulic, pneumatic systems, system and associated programming to provide various solutions.

• Having expertise in electrical and controls systems we undertake all kind of similar repairs on above equipment’s as well. We are also in position to install automated planned maintenance system for any machineries for clients.
• Having done similar repairs for Dhamra Adani port in Orissa for renewal of single speed to double speed gear box along with driving system modification and incorporating changes in the Siemen control system for making it suitable for coal as well as iron ore loading.
